REXI is led by Joe Rogers.
Joe’s background spans residential property acquisition, interior design and over a decade delivering complex projects where outcomes relied on disciplined execution, risk management and stakeholder alignment. This experience underpins his ability to guide clients from initial concept through to final delivery with clarity and control.
At the core of REXI is Joe’s deep interest in residential design.
He personally inspects hundreds of architecturally considered and design-led homes across Australia each year, building a clear understanding of what works in practice, how spaces are experienced and what buyers consistently respond to in high-quality homes.
His approach is grounded in understanding both the property and the client’s vision, then refining that into a cohesive and considered outcome. Spatial flow, proportion, materiality and light are all assessed through the lens of how a home will be lived in.
Combined with his experience delivering end-to-end projects, this allows Joe to guide transformation clients with both creative direction and practical clarity, ensuring the final result feels resolved, not forced.
